Mild Curry Masala
An all purpose curry powder using roasted and ground whole spices, ground spices and herbs. A combination of 17 different spices make this a highly flavoursome Masala ideal for creating your favourite curry. Just add extra chilli if you like more heat! This Masala also uses no wheat flour to bulk it out and contains less salt than other commercial brands.
Contains mustard seeds.
A combination of roasted and ground whole spices, ground spices and herbs give this Tandoori Masala a fantastic depth of flavour. Free from artificial colours and flavourings. Simply mix with yoghurt to create a tasty marinade for your favourite meat, seafood, vegetable or paneer.
A combination of warming, earthy spices this rub is fantastic for rubbing onto meat before roasting or cooking in a tagine. Great for flavouring rice, couscous, potatoes, vegetables or bulgur wheat too.
A simple rub using traditional flavours for lamb including rosemary and a little touch of lemon and garlic. Great on vegetables and other meats too!
Rosemary and thyme are the predominant flavours in this traditional rub, along with a little garlic. Gives a wonderful flavour on roast chicken as well as roast potatoes!

Ras El Hanout Rub-a-Dub-Rub
The classic combination of spices and herbs from the North of Africa and Middle East. As well as well known common spices this mix also includes cubeb, rose petals and hyssop to give a unique and complex flavour. Rub into meat, poultry, fish or vegetables before cooking. This is the spice mix that is often used to flavour tagines.

Fresh red chillies are combined with 6 different types of dried chilli, ginger, onion, tomatoes and garlic. ‘Ome Made Chilli Sauce has a complex flavour. Sweet, sour, smoky, fruity and obviously spicy! Highly addictive this sauce can be used as a condiment or to add flavour to dressings and sauces. Our favourite use for this sauce is to drizzle over slow cooked lamb in a flat bread.
Tomato, Red Onion & Chilli Ketchup 250ml £3.25
Packed full of tomatoes this is a classic ketchup but with the added flavour of red onions and a little chilli heat. Great on burgers, sausages or chips or try a dollop in pasta to make a tasty pasta salad.

Zingy Zangy Zongy Lemon & Chilli Chutney £2.70
A chutney that provides a real hit of lemons! This goes great with Indian food, if you’re a fan of lime pickle you will love this. Makes a great marinade when mixed into a little yoghurt. Or try with some goats cheese. Can be added to sauces for an authentic North African/Middle Eastern flavour.

BBQ Muddling Mojo
Chillies, tomatoes, sugar and spices make this American style BBQ sauce. Marinate meat, poultry or vegetables before grilling, roasting or barbecuing. Slap over a joint of pork butt for the last hour of roasting for delicious pulled pork.
Mexican Muddling Mojo
Simply the smell of this will make you fancy a Tequila! Cumin, coriander and limes give this a lovely citrusy kick. Fantastic for marinating poultry, fish and meats before cooking or use a little when making a chilli to lift the flavours.
