  1. Hi,
I will shortly be opening a Deli in Kelham Island, Sheffield. I am now looking at suppliers.
Could you please email me your full product list with wholesale prices and RRP?

    Many thanks
    Adrian

  2. After buying you mix powder base gravy and methi and being really pleased with them, I’ve bought Size of a Cow Pilau Rice Seasoning Chinese Baa Baa Baa Feep & Indian Kebab Masala.Just wondering what quantity I should use. Thanks.

    1. Hi Mariah,

Pleased to hear you enjoyed your other products and thank you for returning to try some more!

There is a simple recipe on the back of the pilau rice but for 500g of rice I would use 1 heaped teaspoon. The lamb and Beef if you use one teaspoon to around 500g of meat. The Kebab Masala around 2 – 3 teaspoon to 500g of meat, and a little salt as that blend has very little in. The Chinese depends on what you are cooking. I’ll use a little to flavour a sauce, around 1/2 a teaspoon for 4 people. If I’m using to flavour say some chicken wings I will use enough to give a light coating, so around 3 tsp for 500g. Hope that makes sense. You can always ping me an email (info@omemade.co.uk) or message me on messenger if you need any more advice. I also have a group on Facebook http://www.facebook.com/groups/omemade where you can ask about any products and even post your creations you have made with the products, we would love to see them!

      Kind regards

      Jerome
